All keys that we hold are security coded; we believe this to be unique compared to other businesses. If any keys are stolen or mislaid, they mean nothing to anyone else and cannot be identified as to which property they are for.
All further communication with our clients is conducted via e-mail facilities or by post or telephone.
We are a sole husband and wife team with no employees, so discretion is assured. Together we have a combination of 35 years of business experience between us from senior management to company ownership.
If you want assurances towards the quality of the services we provide we are pleased to say that we class all of our clients as friends.
