Hopefully by touring our website you have built up some kind of idea what services we offer, however we are sure that there may be some questions that you want answered. Please feel free to contact us.

Go to the Contact Us page and you will find our e-mail address and telephone number. Either call to discuss your requirements or send us an e-mail with your enquiry. We aim to answer all communication within 48 hours.

If you contact us by e-mail and are non-resident in Camposol we will need your postal address in your home country. The reason for this is that before we can commence with any form of service provision we require a client authorisation document to be completed. The client authorisation form also contains our terms of business and holds your personal contact information etc. For this reason alone we feel this is safer to be conducted by post, although we can e-mail it to you for you to print off, complete and post back to us with your payment.

Once this form is completed and received by us we then send you by separate mail a security coded key tag. You then simply post a set of your keys to us and we can identify them when they arrive. If you do not have facilities for key cutting and we can get copies here in Spain and then send your originals back to you.

That’s it! You are then in our system and we can commence service. The postal service in Spain is not as bad as people think. In most cases from the initial point of contact we can have all the formalities completed and keys here in Spain in about 10 days.

Please do not be afraid to ask questions, anything you do or ask is totally non-committal and you can cancel any arrangements at any time. Fees for our standard service are paid annually in advance. Should your circumstances change or you simply wish to cancel your agreement, you can at any time. You will be given a full refund of any unexpired portion (full months remaining).
